These Terms govern your use of the NFL Confidence Pools platform ("the platform", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Pools, picks, and results
- The platform records the picks and confidence points you submit, scores them against real game results, and produces standings according to each pool's settings.
- Picks lock at the times set by your pool. Missed picks may be handled automatically based on your pool's rules.
- Commissioners configure their own pool settings, including scoring, deadlines, and fees. We provide the tools; the rules of your specific pool are set by its commissioner.
Entry fees and prizes
Any entry fees, payments, and prizes are arranged and settled directly between pool members and their commissioner. The platform records payment status for the commissioner's convenience but does not collect, hold, or distribute money, and is not a party to those arrangements. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you regarding contests and payments.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other members' accounts.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harass other members.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties. We may update features, these Terms, and pool tooling over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms.
