Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information NFL Confidence Pools ("we", "the platform") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to accounts created on this platform.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: username, email address, name, and time zone.
- Pool activity: the leagues you join, the picks and confidence points you submit, and your standings and results.
- Payment status recorded by your pool commissioner (whether your entry fee is marked paid). Entry fees are arranged directly between members and their commissioner. We do not process or store card or bank details.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions and basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run your pools: record picks, score results, and show standings.
- To contact you about your account, your picks, and pools you belong to, including reminders and results you can turn off in your notification settings.
- To keep the platform secure and to investigate problems, including maintaining an audit history of pick changes so a commissioner can resolve disputes.
Who can see your information
Other members of a pool you join can see your username, picks once they are revealed, standings, and payment status within that pool. Your pool commissioner can see and manage your membership. We do not sell your personal information.
Transactional messages (email confirmation, password resets, invitations) are required for the account to function. Optional messages such as reminders and results can be turned off in your notification preferences.
Your choices
- Update your profile and notification preferences at any time in your account settings.
- Request a copy of your account data or deletion of your account by contacting support. Some records may be retained where a pool is still active or where required to resolve disputes.
